is it really all vegan?
our products are all entirely plant based, as well as being halal and dairy free. where stated, many of the items are also made without gluten!
how do I know that you are a reputable company?
We are a VAT registered company, we are inspected by the Food Standards Agency and our reviews are all real! We have both manned offices and kitchens so get in touch if you want to check we are real and not just another website!
do you have a minimum order value?
our minimum order is any 3 of our boxes or one of our packages. please ensure this is reached or we will be unable to accept your order.
what time slots do you offer for delivery?
we deliver between 7:30am-5pm and you can select your preferred delivery slot at checkout.
how do I pay?
We accept payment by credit or debit card when you place your order. All the details will be on your invoice.
where are you currently delivering to?
we are currently delivering to most London postcodes including: greenwich, lewisham, southwark, lambeth, kensington and chelsea, westminster, the city, wandsworth, merton, bromley, croydon and bexley. find out more here.
can we make any changes to your boxes?
we can’t make changes to the boxes. our boxes have been well thought out by our chef team and are perfect just the way they are!
why has my order been refunded?
we may be unable to complete your order so we will refund it in full. we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance and checking our delivery locations.
how is the food delivered?
all our food is delivered refrigerated vans that ensure your food is kept to correct temperature en route to you!
what does the food come delivered in?
Our food is presented in stylish cardboard boxes (600mm x 200mm). We line our boxes with entirely natural, biodegradable greaseproof paper. We use recyclable clear bags to keep the food fresh. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
do your products contain allergens?
all our allergens are listed online and each product comes with a label stating which allergens are present.
do you deliver at the weekend?
we deliver 7 days a week. there is an additional charge for weekend deliveries.
